Following the return of peace in Emohua Local Government Area, Emolga Chairman, Chief Tom Aliezi on Wednesday disclosed the council plan to meet with stakeholders in communities to ascertain the people’s most pressing needs, as he roll out projects across the LGA in the remaining part of his administration.
The Emolga Chairman stated this when he received the paramount rulers of Rumuodogo community and other leaders of the community in his office.
He stated, “we don’t just want to embark on projects of our choice because we now have relative peace in our communities, we want to give the communities opportunity to point out their most pressing needs and we will then decide the ones we can possibly carry out as an LGA.”
The Emolga Chairman promised to carry out more meaningful projects in the LGA and thanked the chiefs and elders for their support towards a productive administration
Tom Aliezi commended Governor Nyesom Wike for his relentless effort in improving security in the region and promised to sustain on the governor’s efforts.
Ohna Michael U. who spoke on behalf of the delegation thanked Chief Tom Aliezi on the restoration of peace and security in the LGA, most especially in Rumuodogo Community.
They applauded the chairman’s Effie’s in bringing development to Rumuodogo community and further pleaded for the reconstruction of the community town hall.
