Former President Olusegun Obasanjo commends Aisha, President Buhari`s, for speaking out on Nigeria’s problems, telling her to have pillow talk with her husband (President Buhari) in the ‘the other room”.
Obasanjo speaking with Funke Fadugba, leader of Penpushing Media, on Monday at his residence in Abeokuta, Ogun state capital said; “It`s nice the president’s wife is talking. I think she did well, and maybe she should also have a pillow talk with the president,”.
In addition, he said “I believe every Nigerian family, individual or group is entitled to legitimate livelihood. It is the responsibility of all to make sure we have dignified life. That should be our aim collectively.”
In recent times, Aisha has been very vocal of her husband`s (Buhari) government and those around him.
Few days after she, her husband and some of his close allies returned to the country after a five-day trip to Saudi Arabia, she had sent a cryptic message to her husband to avoid “bad advisers” after a five-day trip from Saudi Arabia.
She had said the social intervention program (SIP), an initiative of President Buhari, had failed in the north.
On Saturday, she was vocal over widespread killings in the country and called on security agencies to end banditry immediately.
