Siminalaye Fubara the governor of Rivers State makes new appointments on Monday, new Special Assistance, with youths dominating the list made public.

In a statement signed by Boniface Onyedi, SSA, Media to the Governor of Rivers State, the appointment as approved by the governor is with immediate effect.
They are:
