A stroll to various Petrol retail stations indicates that the cost of gasoline has risen to almost N617 per litre. The price of fuel at NNPC owned gas stations has changed from N539 to N617 per litre.
True Blue Reporters was unable to determine the immediate cause. There have been rumors that gasoline may soon cost N700 per litre as some analyst who spoke with us in anonymity revealed.
On the recent fuel price development, as at the time of filing this report, the Nigerian Midstream and Downstream Petroleum Regulatory Authority (NDMPRA) has not yet made any comments.
